Summer Reading starts Monday, June 8 and lasts until Saturday, August 8.
Adults: Track your book titles or time you spend reading to earn entries into weekly and grand prize drawings. Looking for inspiration on what to read? Try out Book Bingo!
Teens (7th-12th grade): Read or listen to anything you want because reading is fun! Every ten hours spent reading earns you a small prize and an entry in the grand prize drawing. Want to expand your reading choices? Try Book Bingo for Teens!
Children (infant-6th grade): As always, we have reading goals split into two groups, Future Readers and Readers. Future Readers is meant for children that are not reading independently. Track by book title and earn prizes! Readers is meant for children reading independently. Track by hour or number of books and earn prizes! Summer Reading includes weekly activities to complete at home and Book Bingo!
Virtual Summer Reading Program (all ages): This year you can participate in Summer Reading online! Register for an account and start tracking your reading! Families can register up to 12 readers per account! Earn badges and ask a librarian for the secret code word. The website will tell you when you’ve earned a prize!
