Summer Reading for Teens!

Teen (7th-12th grade) Summer Reading

Step One: Read books/e-books or magazines, read books to children, or listen to audio books/e-audio. Read anything you want! Summer Reading is supposed to be fun!

Step Two: Record your progress using our reading log. Print below or pick one up at the Curbside Service, Monday – Saturday.

Step Three: Starting June 22, once you complete the first stage, return your log to the library. Each completed stage earns you a small prize or an entry into a weekly drawing. Your first completed log earns you a gift card to Subway!

Step Four: Repeat steps one through three. Each completed log earns an entry into the grand prize drawing!

Book Bingo (Click to Print): Do you need inspiration to find a book to read? Be adventurous and try something new! For every 5 reading activities completed, you earn an entry into the grand prize drawing!

Reading Log (Click to Print): Keep track of your reading by crossing off the 30 minute blocks in this log. Tracking by time is better for those reading magazines, listening to audio books, or reading aloud to children. Tracking by title is better for people who read regular-length books quickly.
