Summer Reading for Teens!

Teen (7th-12th grade) Summer Reading

Step One: Read books/e-books or magazines, read books to children, or listen to audio books/e-audio. Read anything you want! Summer Reading is supposed to be fun!

Step Two: Record your progress using our reading log.

Step Three: Starting June 21, once you complete the first stage, return your log to the library. Each completed stage earns you a small prize.

Step Four: Repeat steps one through three. Each completed log earns an entry into the grand prize drawing!

Summer Challenge (Click to Print): Be adventurous and try something new! Complete a list of challenges for another entry into the grand prize drawing.

Reading Log (Click to Print): Keep track of your reading by crossing off the 30 minute blocks in this log. Tracking by time is better for those reading magazines, listening to audio books, or reading aloud to children.

Summer Events: Be sure to join us for fun activities planned just for teens! All information for our programs is on page two of the reading log linked above.
