Summer Reading for Children!

Readers: Any Child reading independently

Step One: Read books/e-books, be read to, or listen to audio books/e-audio.

Step Two: Record your progress for every hour (readers) or by every two books read (future readers) using our reading log. Print below or pick one up at our Curbside Service, Monday – Saturday.

Step Three: Starting June 22, once you complete a section, go to the library to claim your prize!

Step Four: Repeat steps one through three. Each completed log earns you a finisher’s prize, as well as an entry into the grand prize drawing! See below for a list of all prizes.

Weekly Activity Kits: Every week, starting Monday, June 8, you can pick up a special activity kit to complete at home. You can pick one up when you pickup your holds, or you can call the library and arrange to pick one up.

Summer Programs (Click for Details): Wednesday morning Zoom Storytimes  at 10:30AM every week! We also have a weekly virtual project for you to do from home. Be sure to click the the link for all the details on how to join the fun from home!

Book Bingo (Click to Print): Do you need inspiration to find a book to read? Be adventurous and try something new! For every 5 reading activities completed, you earn an entry into the grand prize drawing!

Reading Log (Click to Print): Keep track of your reading by crossing off the 1 hour blocks in this log or after reading 2 books. Future Readers and Readers use the same reading log this year.

Additional Reading Log (Click to Print): We know we have some voracious readers! After you complete your first log, use this log to track even more reading. Each completed log is an additional entry in the grand prize drawing!
