On calling, you'll be welcomed to the Health Insurance Marketplace and asked to give your state, as some states have state-sponsored marketplaces. The Healthcare Enrollment Process
  1. Are you covered under Medicaid, an insurance plan provided by your employer, or will you be covered by the Affordable Care Act? If you are covered by Medicaid or through your employer, do not proceed.
  2. If you have no other coverage, proceed and complete the financial form. This will determine the discount you will be receiving.
  3. Research and select your plan in the Healthcare Marketplace.
  4. Fill out the application for the plan you selected.
  5. Submit your application.
